  First and foremost it is a courthouse/government building so if you are here for anything other than paying for traffic tickets you are going to be in a better mood. I unfortunately have had a few trips here. The parking lot is small but I have never had an issue finding a spot. If for some reason all the spots are gone it is behind a small shopping strip so it is not like you will have to park in the street. The people running the windows have always been nice, this would have been more taxing if they were not. Pro Tip: If you are doing anything here head in close to closing time, 4pm, because I haven't ever spent more than going in around that time. It is my small win of the horrible reason why I am there. Also cash is King, I think check and money orders a second, they will take cards (to pay off tickets at least) but it is like a $3.95 fee.

  Came in at 8:40 for passport application and there was less than 1 minute wait time and got out by 8:47 getting application done. Great efficient and swift service!

  My husband and I needed to apply for passports. We got there at 7:50, and the office opened at 8 am. If you have all of your documents ready (including filling out the passport application ahead of time online), it will be a breeze. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Older security gentleman at the front was very welcoming as well. Overall, it was quick, easy, and convenient.
